Morning Jacky...

You are on the ball this morning!
I was up with a certain yappy puppy this morning... if only she could sleep in an extra half hour!
Keith got up late yesterday afternoon and managed to eat and keep down a poached egg on toast. He said he still feels a bit yuk.
Got to go into town this morning, and then back home to do whatever I have to do!!
Enjoy your day x

Morning ladies.

Jacky, hope you have a nice time with your company,

Karen, lets hope Keith is over the worst of it now.

It looks here as if its been raining, though not at the moment.

Think I am having a day to myself today, I really must get back to my cards, this last couple of weeks I just seem to have gone off them.

Hope you enjoy the day.

I was awake at 5 this morning Karen - stomach uncomfortable - couldn't get back to sleep. It was a wedding Ruth was doing yesterday not a consultation and everything was running late. The venue where it was all held didn't seem very organised so Ruth didn't get to pick up Callie until after 11.30pm Then she had to go home and unload all the car. She will be working all day today doing the photos. I hope her partner is going to do some of it - Ruth looked worn out.

I will enjoy the company when they come - hate not having a clue when they will get here. Do they need a meal etc. They live in Yorkshire so not often we see them so it will be good to catch up. I got like that about cards for a while too Marion. Seemed like a chore instead of a pleasure. I am doing a friend swap this month - no theme so I can just make a card I will be happy to make instead of trying to find a theme for the right person. My cards are usually mainly for men.

Jacky, do you like making mens cards then?

I have to make a birthday card for my son in law, its his birthday on the 21st. He likes Rugby and DIY, so I have been looking for images, but so far come up against a brick wall Sad

No Marion, that's the trouble but my family seems to consist of mainly men or boys. Husband, 1 son, 4 BILs, 1 brother, 6 nephews, and 10 Great nephews. Plus the husbands of 4 niece and Sally's boyfriend. It get's boring doing football as that is what most of them like, apart from one who goes fishing and another who has a canal boat but even then they are still difficult to do the same theme. At least with girls and women you can do pretty things Very Happy

Lexie Razz Razz Razz lol. Sorry I didn't see your previous post, you must have done it at the same time as me. Hope you enjoy the film, everyone I know who has seen it has liked it. Take care, hope you get that drain removed soon.
