Hope the sun is shining where you are... it is here in Nottinghamshire!
Just about to go down to mum's to take her tablets, and then if Amy gets up hoping to nip into town for an hour. Put my Asda order in yesterday and forgot to put anything in for tea... the freezer needs topping up as well - so it maybe a case of Mum has to go to Iceland!!

OMG what a couple of weeks.,........

Had a nice long shower and the washing is out. No breeze but the sun is shing at the moment. Might wander down to watch the racing this afternoon if it stays nice - could do with the exercise.

Good to have SCD back and looking forward to the 2nd instalment tonight. SCD, Dancing with the stars, Australian Masterchef and Spooks make this time of year bearable as i can't get out much!

Just over 2 weeks till I see the surgeon and hopefully get the all clear to drive.

I must admit Jane I am glad to see SCD back too...... there were a few surprises there! Didn't expect Matt and Pamela to be so good!

They were my favourites from this batch and Scott wasn't that bad either.
Who do you fancy from tonight's bunch? Looking forward to seeing our bad boy Brendan again.

Good to see you back again Lou - thanks for the bathroom story - sounds horrendous. I have been making the most of the sunshine this morning and sorted out the front garden which was covered in weeds which have just shot up with all this rain Started to do the back garden but felt a bit dizzy with bending over - the front garden has a wall round it so I don't have to bend - so I have left it for now as I didn't fancy kneeling on the wet grass, which is long and needs cutting, even with my kneeling pad. Got a card to do for my brother now so will have some time in my craft room. Hope you are feeling better now Andrea, and enjoy your trip to Iceland Karen I missed SCD last night so might take this card downstairs and watch it before tonights, saw a little bit on the news this morning and Matt and Pamela looked good I have a pile of washing to do Jane, Martin temporarily fixed my washing line and it has done nothing but rain since and this morning he has put the new one up but I haven't put any on. Don't think it would dry as there isn't a breathe of wind out there today and rain due again tonight and tomorrow.

Hopefully be on tomorrow sometime...was hoping to be going out with Ady but he has had to forgo his day off so will be working 9 full days on the trot before he gets a day off...which I am not happy about at all.... some stupid idiot at work has arranged to go out when he's meant to be working... so Ady said he'd cover... means he doesn't get to see his kids but hey....why should that stop him helping out a workmate??? Can you tell I am annoyed???? VERY annoyed....... men just don't bl**dy think at times do they? The kids aren't too happy with him either!

Watched the 2.05 race at Epsom standing under a chestnut tree on the 'mound' in horrible fine drizzle. Nice to be back in the warm and dry but at least I've now had my daily exercise. Time to veg out with a nice hot cuppa and a good book - not much on TV for now, maybe later.

Mum has had a letter to go back for another mammogram on Monday... just hoping and praying that everything is ok.
