Good Morning ladies.

Its about 7.30am here and the sun is out I could get used to this. But you know what will happen don't you? all of a sudden it will change !

Don't know what I shall be doing today. I think my son in law is coming over sometime today to measure up the garden for the concrete edging. When I got a quote he said you aren't going to pay that much, I will get it done for you. So he is saving me just over £600.
I wouldn't mind if I had a big garden but I don't, so don't know where the gardener got the figure from, unless he is paying his men top wage !! and I doubt that.

Its a bit misty here, but slowing clearing and the sun is shining.
Off to look at some new kitchen worktops later, hope to get to see Mum as well. Still got her Mothers Day present and card to give her.
Another early morning call, not due to Daisy, but next door's dog!

Beautiful here today , and guess what Iam feeling so much better , had a really good sleep last night the first in ages !and I woke up stiff as a board sort of a good thing as it means had a good sleep !!
So good to have the drain out , but now have to sort out the hole where the drain was ! and at last can get into my Magic Knickers aka daily workout draws as they work up a sweat putting them on ! also got to wear the binder again for 6 weeks 24/7 so that the little bulge around my almost flat tummy goes again .... i so enjoyed having a flat tummy and want it back again !!! also next week if Iam all geared up I can start using the exercise bike but only gently ....
so all in all its a whoop whoop situation !!
Dulcie goes for a trial at the school and college we want her to go , funding permitting!!!! She stays over to night so is a bit anxious .... watch this space ..

Good morning all, beautiful here too. It's Martins birthday today and they are going to the Universal Studios. They went to the space centre yesterday and apparently enjoyed it. I got a text just as I got into bed last night.
Gosh Marion, to save £600 he must have been overcharging. Glad your SIL is able to get it sorted for you.
Hope you get to see your Mum Karen. Good luck finding the workshops.

Afternoon ladies. Sorry not been around much this week. Been having trouble with internet since changing to a wireless modem. It worked fine to start with but been a bit temperamental this week for no apparent reason. I did write a long post earlier in the week then lost it when I lost the signal so gave up till it seemed to be behaving. I had an early start today as had to have a fasting blood test and NEED my early morning cuppa before I'm human!!! Then took car to the carwash and had it cleaned inside and out as it was filthy. Took less than an hour while I popped into waitrose and now its all nice and shiny and inside smells like a new car . I'm off up to Telford tomorrow for the weekend to see mark and family. It was Jack's 2nd birthday this week so am taking pressies! Would have gone last weekend but my ex was there
