Good morning Ladies and Gents,

It sounds like you had fun and games yesterday sue, I hope every thing has dried out now.
It's a really beautiful morning here in North London, I love autumn, the sun is out shining on the leaves on the tree and they are all reds and yellows.

Today will be a packing day, we tend to leave every thing to the last minute so this time I'm going to do thing now instead for Friday night, all this washing is done so it just a case of packing and getting the cats stuff together.

What on your agendas today?

Have you all started your chrimbo cards yet? I have just got to make inserts and some envelopes for mine.

Breakfast is calling I think it will be toast with lemon curd again.

I hope you all have a great day and Sue step away for the washing machine Smile

xx

Morning!

Lovely start to the day here in Nottinghamshire. Have to collect from nursery later on, plumber is coming today and I have a birthday card to do... cant really do that until the children have gone home- or unless Ben has a sleep!!! I have started my chirstmas cards, and coming along nicely with them. This year I am doing Tilda christmas cards and a little praying angel... they look cute! my favourite stamps atm!!!

Well better make a move.. have a lovely day

Have fun with the packing Mikki, its so much nicer than unpacking after the holiday as you still have all the wonderful anticipation of a great time Smile

Jacky good luck hun with the screening, it really is one of the most uncomfortable test created by man. How do I know it was created by a man? no woman would think of such a contraption to torture other women. I remember when I was younger and far less endowed it was agony trying to pull enough over to rest on the machine. Nowadays its more a case of picking them up to drop them on the machine he he either way I don't like it Smile So loads of hugs coming your way hun Smile

Hope the birthday girls have a great day and hope the rest of you are making the most of the lovely sunshine we are having Smile

I'm a glutton for punishment Mikkie - the washing machine is on again - well I had to do something with all the wet towels!

Beautiful day here too. Took Roy to doctors again this morning. He's noe on his 3rd lot of antibiotics. Let's hope they do the trick! Then cam home and pulled out all the bean plants and tomato plants ready for the garden waste collection tomorrow. Got to do some shopping this afternoon then the rest of the day is mine!

Help! is that the time already?
I'm sitting here in my nighty still.

Got side track (so what's new) trying to get publicity for a couple I know who are cycling from Land's End to John O Groats in aid of the MS Society.

I've been in touch with several radio and TV stations trying to get publicity for them. He has MS and is registered blind and she broke her back in a traffic accident. They are riding a specially built tandem-tricycle and are a real inspiration.

Was out before I should have been in on my appointment so I thought as I'm halfway to the Crafty Cow I might as well pop in Laughing Laughing Shouldn't have but I did think I might if I had plenty of time, spent lots again. I had a sneak preview of tomorrows Moovision Shocked Shocked absolutely fabulous but I did resist at the moment. I bought some black embossing paste (Wendy's fault as she told me about it) a rubber stamp, a refill for the ATG (which Ann kindly put in for me), some cuttllebug dies and some glue. Shocked No wonder Wendy thought it was a lot Laughing Laughing

The trouble is I never seem to have time to play - got the glue to put some flower soft on the card I am making for my niece Laughing I have used some of the papers from the Making Cards mag, I never seem to use them but I am going through them now when I have a card to make as it seems such a waste not to use them Very Happy
