I got up this morning and Martin usually empties the dishwasher but he didnt have time this morning so I had to do it. Good morning ladies been up to school has they had a meeting on what the kids are doing this term , and we wanted to know what to take back into school with their homework folders. Hi ladies, unfortunately another quick one today as I'm off for my weekly Police Station visit - nah not as a crim but as a volunteer he he; then off to get some warm woollies for my Scottish holiday in Oct I'm chasing my tail a bit at the moment, and trying to not overdo things he he so please excuse my absences.

Off to a U3A French group this afternoon.
Roy got his diet plan last night for next week. he has to go on a milk diet to shrink the liver before he has his gastric band fitted. 4 pints of milk a day, multvitamin pill, 1 pkt sugar free jelly, and cup of bovril And nothing else! He'll half lost a stone by the time he goes in!

Having a busy day ............. so what's new! Went to Sainsburys for a change as I needed petrol and it was 3p cheaper than the local garage but ended up paying nearly £20 more for my usual shop compared with ASDA Doh!

Washing on the line but not blowing, might bring it in before i whizz off to Aqua is case it rains. Thought I might have a quiet weekend but just got a phone call offering me 2 days work at Sandown - should be fun. Hope the milk diet works - the hospital put me on a similar one for a month over 30 years ago and I only lost 5 pounds - hope it works for Alan.

That diet sounds awful all that milk yuck !
