Morning Janet and all who follow!

Pretty much the same here!! except it has brightened up a bit... but still wet and miserable! Off today, so do a bit of ironing and mop the floors and then me time, which will involve some serious card making!!! Will try and fit cleaning the bathroom in as well, as I am back to work for the rest of the week from tomorrow - so dont really do much when I have Ben in the house.

Have a lovely day, stay warm and dry - take care xx

Good Morning Janet, Karen & Andrea, and everyone who follows. Bit overcast here this morning was raining through the night. Martin got up at 6.30 to go and play golf. Shocked He was picked up at 7 but I didn't hear that Monday morning and a very wet one 11 Laughing but I know it was still raining at 6.30. Watched a bit of C & C while eating breakfast but now have got to do a couple of cards again. Very Happy Such a burden. I can't help it if people ask me to do them and I am forced into my craft room. Laughing Laughing

Hope all the poorly people are feeling a little better Very Happy and have a good day.

Hugs for any poorlies today, hope Jayne is feeling a little better x

Have a good day ladies, stay warm and dry if you can and if you can't splash in the puddles like a big kid!!! That's what I do.... only on the way home from school though!!!

Good morning ladies Smile well it is at last brightening up here and the rain has gone but is still very windy. Got all my washing done yesterday afternoon, not quite sure where it all comes from but it is done now for a few days Laughing
Going food shopping later after Mike finishes work, going to give ASDA a try again, going to Tescos all the time I just end up buying the same old things and fancy a change Laughing
Hope everyone is feeling better Smile
Been watching C&C inbetween getting dinner prepared and I am not sure whether I like the fans or not, but some Nancy ideas have been really good. Liked the new Sue Smith CD with the Dots & Strips but not enough to buy it Laughing
Have a good day all and wrap up if you have to go out as it still feels cold out there Smile

Afternoon ladies Smile I woke up covered in a rash and my face is slightly swollen - think I must have eaten something yesterday that I'm allergic too he he. I feel lousy with it and have a slight temperature so perhaps its one of the childhood illnesses. Well there is a school up the road from me and they walk past to go to it, that's enough for my immune system he he In case any of you are wondering yes I did have them as a child but my immune system forgets and I have had all them about 4 times so far he he

Good excuse to snuggle up on the sofa with my duvet and watch C&C though. Bye for now ladies, hugs for all who need and those who don't need he he

Good afternoon ladies. Was very wet here during night. There's part of a tree been blown down across the drive of the house 2 doors away from me. Looks as though it was rotten. But I can't believe they have just had the Council highways dept looking at it. It's in their garden and fallen in their garden- not in the road!!

Hope you haven't caught anything too nasty Jen and hope you're feeling a bit better too Jayne.

Took Roy for his blood test at lunchtime. Antiobiotics and diuretics seem to be having some effect certainly on the leg that's been bad since August but the latest one is still very painful and he has difficulty walking. (Took him 20 minutes to get a pair of socks on as it's so painful). says he's going to work tomorrow though.

Lovely card Lou,I am sure that she will love it Very Happy I couldn't see Lumpy the elephant though Sad I have never heard of him either, will have to look him up. Hugs to you Jen, hope you feel a lot better soon - Sally had some of the childhood illnesses twice after her bone marrow transplant as the chemo zapped all the immune memory Neutral

Sue, give Roy a hug too, he is very brave (or is it stupid Laughing ) to think about going to work when he is in pain. Hope it is soon sorted Very Happy

hi girls well have just come back from the doctors cant start my new treatment yet for the gout, has last week i had a really bad left foot, and a couple of days i couldnt even bare to put weight on it, so he thinks it might have been gout but the pain wasnt the same, so i have to wait another 2 weeks for the other treatment to start, dont think the boss will be happy but what can i do. when we got out of the car it started to snow oh well a bit glad i havent got to get up for work tomorrow.

Have been watching C&C today and have bought 2 things the fans and the glitter girls cd rom, one of the glitter girls babs we used to go to a slimming class together a long long time ago.

Hope ever one is feeling a bit better, well off to have some tea, and sit on my hands for the rest of the night, and tomorrow for craft day on qvc.
