Re: Wednesday morning
I agree Jan its a lovely day he he ....and there's good news on the Tash front too. She must be getting back to norm as she has organised the other animals in the vet hospital area, he he. A little poorly kitten was put next to her so she has been growling at all the dogs and hissing at the other cats whilst looking after the kitten. The nurses said its so funny to watch how suddenly she went from feeling sorry for herself to being the pack leader he he. She even started eating a little That's my Tash hopefully she can come home this afternoon or tonight
Her first argumentative encounter was at 4 months old when a pit bull terrier got hold of her and even though it frightened her to death, she was unscathed, he however had to go to the vet as his face had shredded by her and needed a load of stitches, he still bares the scars today he he. He is very wary when he passes my flat even now he he.

Re: Wednesday morning
Oh Jen, what a worry, so glad she is on the mend. Funnily I was only thinking of her while lying in bed this morning - wondering what you do with her when you go into hospital. Does Pete come in to feed her
Re: Wednesday morning
Yes Pete will move down for a few days to tend to both of us he he Isn't he the lucky one hehe. We've been joking about what kind of commode we can put in the flat for a day or two until the legs move again he he ..... its ok I'll crawl to the bathroom before I'd use that lol
Re: Wednesday morning
Oh my goodness Jen what an ordeal you and Tash have been through, glad she is on the mend
Re: Wednesday morning
So sorry to hear about Tash you must have been really worried. I'm glad she's feeling more like her old self and hopefully she's home with you now curled up somewhere warm.
I'd be so lost without my cats, I have 5 and they all have very different characters. All of them have come from the local cats re-homing place I started to take over some bits for a raffle and next thing I knew I was coming home with a brother and sister that couldn't be separated and needed a loving home.
I'm such a soft touch I think they saw me coming
