Good morning ladies Smile
Weather looks like it will be sunny today but who knows how it will end up Rolling Eyes
Sorry to hear about Keith's op Karen I do hope they can sort something out for him very soon, it's not fair keep leaving you in limbo like this, hugs to you all Smile
What is with everyone in here we seem to be falling apart, I woke up yesterday and could hardly walk, feels like I have strained a muscle in my groin, was fine when I woke up this morning but by the time I have nipped downstairs to let the dog out it has started twinging again just hoping I can manage the stairs at work, I dont like them at the best of times going to be doubly hard getting up and down them with a gammie leg, had to keep devising different ways of walking yesterday just to get around and was so painful Mad
Hope everyone is feeling better today, I dont think this weather keep changing from one minute to the next is helping at all Rolling Eyes
Take care all and stay safe xXx

Good morning Jan, Di & Andrea, I know what you mean about falling apart Jan, my shoulder was killing me all day yesterday. Was ok when I got up but felt as though I had pulled a muscle by the time I went out for our walk. Could be because I had so many games of badminton the night before as we were short of people so I had to play all the time (I usually sit out a few) and, for some reason I was managing to play some good shots (flukes) Laughing Laughing Still a bit stiff this morning but have to get some cards made - as soon as I have finished the forum my computer will have to be switched off until I have completed at least 2. Have to do a quick trip to the Crafty Cow too Very Happy

Fancy disturbing your sleep Di, I would unplug the phone Laughing Laughing Hope you all enjoy your day whatever you are doing Very Happy Hugs to all the poorlies

Hi ladies Smile My word you lot make me feel better cos you are all crocks too he he Smile Just kidding Smile Hope you leg is better soon Jan, your shoulder Jacky and your throat Lexie, your flu Sue, Keith's ribs and as for Lou and I we are a permanent feature in the poorly section so not going to expect us to get better he he. Ok so any I haven't named in the poorly list, you why are you so healthy? hehe

I went to the doc yesterday and he's organised a batch of tests for me next week, he wouldn't tell me what he is testing for only that the worse case scenario he will be able to treat. The best case scenario apparently is ME in addition to the various illnesses I have which are incurable and untreatable, hmmm! The worst case scenario is starting to look like a better option he he.

Whilst chilling out I at least have had a chance to make some cards. I'll take the photos and show you later in the week. The most fiddly being the name book for Keishia, my eldest granddaughter who is 8 on the 3rd of Aug. I've told my daughter that if she has any more children they should have a maximum of 3 or 4 letters in their names to make name books easier to make he he. The youngest is Des'ree so another 7 letter one, unless I tuck the ' in with the S but I don't think that Des'ree would approve of that he he.

When you were in the shop yesterday Jacky did the girls mention if there was going to be a Moovision this Friday or is Anne still in Portugal ?

What lovely news Sue, congratulations.

Like your idea of a call out fee Lexie but prefer Jacky's just unpulg the phone lol! I work as a planner/buyer for a manufacturing company. The section I work in produces card board boxes and we pack the perfumes in them for giftsets you see in Boots and Debenhams at Christmas and all year round. Been with the same company for 20 yrs so I'm treated like part of the furniture but on the other hand when its quiet I do get away with murder so can't complain too much. Just have to have the odd whinge now and again to get it off my chest then I'm fine lol!

Jen I was quite lucky on the 2 name books I did, only 4 letters. Your daughter has chosen two lovely names for her girls Smile

Sorry to hear that you are all feeling a bit yuk at the moment hope you all start to feel a bit brighter soon Smile

Well done Di on your weight loss - wish I could stick to a diet for as long! Thanks for all the congrats - not that I had anything to do with it lol! but it didn't come as a big surprise as I always felt they would have another fairly quickly. Long time to wait though - March.

Well done Sue - feels good doesn't it? I lost 3 stone last year but put on 7lbs on the trip to Australia in February. Haven't been back to fat club and haven't lost the half stone but its been steady for 6 months so must try again. Might re-join after our week in Shepton Mallett!
