Sunshine shining in on me - had to have the fan on in the night.... at least I didnt have Keith saying its cold!! He is still sleeping on the reclining chair downstairs. He tried to sleep on the bed, but still cant manage it.
Children will be here at 7.00... so better make a move, got to get dressed and plan my day!!!

Sun is shining here to and going to make the effort today to get outside and dead head the roses and take the pods off the sweetpeas before they all go to pods and stop flowering
Great to see you back Jacky and hope you had a great time away, will probably see it somewhere in the posts but not got that far yet
Going to put a classifieds thread on today, will put it right at the bottom of the forum for any ladies who might want to swap or sell items

Another lovely day today, Jakes has a non uniform day today then gardening club after school. He's going to be the next Alan Titchmarsh at this rate Me on the other hand are totally useless with plants, I forget to water them

Good morning Karen, Jan, Di, Andrea and all who follow - sun not out here yet but hope it will be. Got shopping to do this morning and Martin is at golf. He is still working on my laptop - I am lost without it, how on earth am I going to do the inserts to my cards I have got a card to do for my nephew and one for another nephew's wife but not in the mood Looking forward to catching up with Janet tomorrow and having a good look around the shop - missed Moovision but did see the stamps when I went in the other day. Just realised I can't get Moovision on the Asus - It's only a 7" screen so wouldnt be able to see it anyway Hope you all have a good day, enjoy your gardening Jan, I looked out the window this morning and saw all my sweetpeas in flower, they are lovely. I didnt notice them last night. They weren't in flower when we went away.

I have had a lovely lot of flowers from mine and they have been in flower for a few weeks now, Mikes Dad brought us some everlasting ones last year and they didnt do much then but this year especially the white ones have gone crazy and look really nice wound round the red climbing rose

morning all well we have sunshine shame i am at work, did anyone see the tsv on qvc its lovely i want it but cant afford it this week what a shame, its forever friends and in 60 days if you want you can have the xmas collection sent out.

Feel a bit fed up today one of my grandsons has always had trouble with his legs and ankle and when he was younger he went to see a specialist who discharged him when he was 3 saying he would be ok, but this doc who they have now went mad last night and said he should never have been discharged he ankles need realining and its called erhler dons syndrome i think that's how you spell it so we have to wait now and see what they are going to do, hes 10 now so all these years he could have been having his treatment, sorry to go on but have no one elsie to talk to, am trying to be strong for my daughter.

ok lets change the subject my dad used to grow lovely sweetpeas they always smell lovely.

right better go and see if i have any emails for work

More high drama and sadness in my household yesterday which was why I didnt get back on....

We finally got round to speaking to the school about the girl who has been picking on our eldest and somehow it has all got turned around and now it is apparently all our daughters fault! The headmistress got involved and interrogated our daughter without us there and Georgia wrote something down and put that she was told it directly even though she was told the conversation by a friend... and because she admitted that she had put it down wrong, they are now saying she lied about it all.. Poor kid is devastated that the school don't believe her and that the other kid has been painted as the GOLDEN CHILD

So yesterday afternoon we gets this letter from Georgias headmistress saying we must be so upset that our daughter lied to us blah blah blah and that the head hopes that Georgias comments about her 'friend' will not have destroyed their friendship for good So my hubby goes down the school and says he feels the letter is blaming it all on Georgia coz she made one mistake and the head tells him that she knows that something has gone on and that she will be keeping an eye on it from now on. My beef is that this letter says its all Georgias fault and consequently yesterday afternoon we got a letter shoved through our door from this other childs family (who we have spoken to directly about this and had hoped to sort it out with) saying their child had been... bullied, segregated and victimised because of Georgias allegations. So then... my hubby went to their house and said that he felt the school had aggravated the situation by getting involved, pressured our kids whilst we were not present and that the school had actually made matters worse. He said the other child parents were in full aggreement with that and now they are fine with us and Georgia.

But my hubby and the dad of this other child want all the paperwork with regards to all this removed from both the girls school files as we never even got to speak directly to the head as we had cancelled our appointment with her because we were sorting it out with the childs parents directly, until this Head stuck her boot in! So they are going in to see her and demand the paperwork is destroyed. Because I don't want my child accused of lying after being pressured by a headteacher

Not only that........ but to add insult to injury..... my youngest Emilt went to feed Bailey... our 1yr old guinea pig yesterday afternoon... only to find him dead in the cage

So all in all today I feel like I wanna SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Lou so sorry about your guinea pig what a shock for emily to go and find it like that.

Are the school allowed to interigate children under a certain age with out there parents or an adult there what a shame that headmistress sounds like a bit of a bully herself i would have been mad like you and would have been up that school.

Jacky did you say you were in stourport that's only about an hour from us.

I have just been on the phone to ask that exact question and also if I can get the letter destroyed from Georgias records..... i phoned the CYPS dept at the LEA... hopefully they will get back to me with some advice

Oh Lou, you poor things. How awful for Georgia - glad you have got it sorted with the other parents though. Poor Emily finding her guinea pig like that, the same thing happened to Sally when she was little, hope she has got over the upset now. Good luck with sorting out the school records.

Oh Jacky, it just seems like my life is an episode of a flippin soap opera at the moment!

I am fed up to the back teeth with it all, it's wearing me out! I seem to be constantly moaning about something and that is not like me at all! Grrrrrrrrr!!!!!

Derek got some petrol on saturday morn before we went up north £29 petrol and a paper and gave them £40 when we got to his moms they had only given him 25p change so i rang sainsburys this morn and they said the till was over and the £10 is waiting for us, good job for them because i was in the right mood this morning for them, bit like you Lou, ha ha

Oh Lou hun you must be worn out with the stress of it all hope you guys get it sorted out soon and I'm sure that the headmistress isn't allowed to take a statement from a child under 16 without the parents being there. That seems way out of order to me as most children would feel so intimidated that they would write anything.

Jan's right you know Karen you'll have to learn all over again how to share your bed he he
