Lost a couple of pounds since I arrived but was a bit of a 'piggy' yesterday. Surf and turf for lunch turned out to be a 10oz rump steak with a huge pile of garlic prawns and lobster tails! (with chips and salad and 2 glasses of wine). Strawberries and cream in the afternoon and Anzac biscuits then a huge roast dinner at 8.00ish - roast beef and all the trimmings + 2 huge glasses of red wine.

Porridge and fruit for breakfast - pasta for lunch and a light meal tonight hopefully.

Lost 45lbs now and finally got below 14 stone for the first time last week- I'm starting to throw out all my old size 20-22 clothes and trated myself to a new pair of black trousers in size 18. Last time I was that size was more than 15 years ago.

Another 2lbs gone in the last 2 weeks but today's Italian meal (and planned birthday celebrations on Tuesday/Wednesday might mean nothing more off this week!

Well done Lexie and Jen - you are both doing well too

Well done both Smile I must have been better on holiday than I thought as I didn't put any weight on this time he he. I think it has more to do with the fact that I have more exercise when away as I try and cram everything into the 4 days Smile I suffer for it when I get home but its worth it, even more so if I don't put weight on he he.

Another 3lbs gone! Even the waistband of my new size 18 trousers is now a bit loose!
Worked hard at Aqua yesterday and spent rather a long time in the steam room/sauna so its probably nearer 2lbs - but still in the right direstion.
