Good morning Andrea and all who follow Very Happy Had a really bad night last night, just couldn't sleep at all. Propped myself up on pillows but that didnt work either. Sat sipping water and dozed off - woke with the cup of water still in my hand Laughing could have been a wet awakening if I had moved. Finally went off about 6.00 this morning and luckily Martin's alarm didnt go off until 8.00 so had a couple of hours. Not doing much again today.

Enjoy your card making Andrea Very Happy Hugs to those who need one today.

Morning Jacky and Andrea,

Hope you get time for some crafting Andrea, sounds good to me.

Really hope you start to feel better soon Jacky, this illness is a real nasty one x Glad you kept still with the water tho!

Pat am really sorry to read yesterday that your hubby is gonna lose his job..... what a start to the New Year, hope he at least gets a decent package.... big hugs x

I would like to do some crafting today but my hands are too sore for wringing out all the handwashing I am doing so it can go in the tumbler Sad
Can see I am gonna need hand therapies by the time I go in next week..... they are killing me and are red raw. I have blisters in the space between my thumb and index fingers both hands..... ouch! My mum and MIL took two loads each yesterday so at least some of it I wont have to do... but it's been building up since day after boxing day so you can imagine my house looks like a chinese laundry!

Hope you get some response from the coucil about Dulcie soon Lexie xxx

Hugs for anyone in need of one x

Have a good day all x

Morning ladies...

Our snow has been replaced by sunshine and rain! Went down to Mum's earlier, and saw a beautiful rainbow.
Not sure what I am doing today - Amy doesnt go back to school until Monday, so may do some card making. I made a couple yesterday and really enjoyed it. They were quick and easy, but I still enjoyed making them.
Had an early morning phone call from my Social worker asking how things were going with Mum's night sits etc. Told her things were ok, so she has closed the case and if I need anything... just to ring her.
Right... off now to think what I can do!! Enjoy your day xx

OMG Lou, no wonder your hands are sore. I have a pile to do again but havent the energy to get it into the machine. I haven't felt like this for years, I think Sally was about 6 months old then and she is 27 now. I haven't even had a really bad cold for years - I think working in the shop with people coming in and coughing and sneezing over you helped my immune system Laughing

Glad things are running smoothly with your Mum at the moment Karen and nice you have some support. Lexie, still got my fingers crossed waiting to hear about Dulcie.
