Morning all.

I was on messenger last night and said goodnight on there at 11pm as I couldn't keep my eyes open. When I did open my eyes, my laptop was on my knee, my hands on the top of it and it was 3.30 AM!!! so went upstairs, got undressed, went to bed and didn't wake until 8.30am! I think thse days I need my beauty sleep.

I get days when I do nothing and see nobody. Today isn't one of those days. I am going to a friends for coffee this morning, then onto the oldies club this afternoon, and my daughter just rang and asked me round to tea tonight. lol, talk about all or nothing

Lovely sunny day here- thank goodness. Just been up tp Roy's and shampooed his 3 piece suite! I've been promising to do it ever since I bought a carpet shampooer but kept finding reasons not too. So now I'm feeling quite angelic as I've finally done it. Mind you what he thought was dirt on the arms is actually where the nap has worn off!! Think this afternoon will be me time!

Glad to see you're able to get on her Lou - hope the physio isn't too painful!

Good afternoon all - almost evening Had our 5 mile walk this morning but nearly didn't get there as this is the first time we had to use an alarm since the clocks changed. I use my old mobile and I hadn't put in the right time when I changed it I had been awake since 5 and then dropped off about 6.30 and woke at 8.00 a.m. (at least Martin woke - I was still in dreamland). We made it ok and it was so hot walking around this morning. Went to the pub, as usual, for lunch.

Had a text from Lou this afternoon, bless her, they are working her really hard. I am sure she won't mind me telling you -

"The day started at 5.am when all the alarms on the infusion pumps started going off one after the other. Coffee at 6am, brekkie at 7am. Exercise class at 9am, then individual exercises (I have 10 different ones which I repeat 15 times a piece) then at 11am Pat came and dragged me to the gym and we did a circuit about 10 exercises for about 2 mins on each, then lunch, then hydro (10 exercises 15 times of each). then second round of individual exercises... now am bloody shattered and having a coffee before we go to relaxation - Fink me mite sleep tonight! Yawn!! "

I feel really exhausted just thinking about it all.
