Tuesday
Good morning ladies.
Well, when the hail came down last night I quite expected to see a layer of that white stuff on the ground this morning, but thankfully I was wrong. Think its going to be one of those days that you wrap up warm if you are going out, and keep the heat on if you are staying in.
I am going to the surgery, I am going dizzy when I bend my head, I aren't really worried about it, but its not a nice feeling. Then this afernoon its the "oldies" club
Hope you all have a good day

Re: Tuesday
Good morning Marion and all who follow -4 here this morning and I have had to put the fire on as it just wasn't warming up in here and I couldn't get my fingers working. Martin was up at 6.15 to go to golf madness, hope his fingers don't get frozen to the club Don't envy Sally going to the stables to turn the horse out and muck out early this morning too. Hope you get an answer for your dizziness Marion. I had it years ago and it lasted almost a year but they couldn't find what was causing it. Felt as though I was falling backwards if I looked up. Getting things out of the kitchen cupboards was horrible and at the time I was working at a preschool and had to get everything out first thing. All on high shelves in the storeroom. It disappeared on its own eventually but I had got used to looking with my eyes from a distance and then visualizing it and finding it without raising my head
Stay warm all and very warm hugs for those who need them this morning.

Re: Tuesday
Callie was so good Martin took her out for a walk first thing as she hadn't had one then she "helped" him in the garden when he was raking up some leaves. Later, he plucked up courage to take her on the field behind us. We have never let her off before as there is an opening which is on the busy main road to the hospital. Kids have broken down the fence there and use it as a short cut to school from the estate over the road. Very dangerous as its on a bend too. Ruth and Ian have always let her off there so Martin threw the frisbee for her - cheese treats at the ready as she will do anything for cheese, especially as she hasn't been having treats on her diet We only gave her a small piece before she went on the field and let her know we had some more. When a man came on with his 2 rescue greyhounds on leads we called her and put her on the lead and introduced her. Then our neighbour 2 doors up came through the gap from work and made a fuss of her and said she was just going to let her 2 dogs out to play now - we came in quickly as they are German shepherds and didn't know how they would be with a third dog. Ruth's baby shoot went well, I will share her pictures on FB. She gets permission to put them on there. She also got several bookings for appointments from the wedding fair she did the other day.
Re: Tuesday
Have been looking at the pics Jacky... they are so cute.
We havent let Bailey off lead yet, there is a playing field up the road, no cars, but got to get Bailey behaving on recall - getting there, but everything is so much fun when she is out.

Re: Tuesday
It's easier if you know someone with a dog who will come when called Ruth would take Callie out with her Dad & her sister's Retriever, Jasper, as Callie wouldn't leave Jasper alone she still runs off after other dogs but if they start to walk away from her she comes back to them, not when they just call I think that is one of the hardest things to get them to do. Molly was pretty good so Callie was ok on the field with Molly but we were a bit nervous yesterday.
Oh the bell just went and my goodies from Joanna Sheen have arrived Jane Shasky cd and some more Promarkers Playtime
